Founded in 2023, LingvaLexa focuses on addressing propaganda-related crimes that escalate into serious international crimes during armed conflicts.
Our mission is to work closely with law enforcement agencies to assist in ensuring effective investigations and building criminal proceedings that meet international standards.

LingvaLexa was created specifically to work in-depth with speech crimes that lead to the most serious international crimes in armed conflicts. These crimes include war propaganda, incitement to genocide, and hate speech. This area remains our main focus, and includes providing legal expertise, assistance in investigations, and the development of analytical materials.
The organization provides advisory support in the form of analytical materials, recommendations and expert opinions. A separate area of activity of the organization is conducting OSINT investigations. LingvaLexa also organizes educational programs and trainings to increase the level of competence of law enforcement agencies in international criminal law, as well as knowledge of cybersecurity and OSINT.
Our organization also works on issues related to the development of the Ukrainian legal language, including unification of terminology, translation of international law and legal precedents, and work on specialized glossaries.
